2023 🎢

Another rollercoaster of a year! From having a month of radiotherapy, finishing active treatment & hitting the lowest of lows at the beginning of the year. Coming out of a scarily dark place that I never want to go back too.

From going to the world of Cancer straight into a world of Dementia (with my dad)

A double f*ck you universe. 🖕🏻

To some incredible highs, with the most incredible people. From buying our first house, to adopting 2 kittens, to hiking a mountain & being able to travel to beautiful countries again.

Learning this year to be more patient, to try and educate myself more, to feel okay saying no to things. A new gratitude for all the little things, for slowing down and the wholesome times spent laughing and crying with friends.

But the biggest lesson of all, is that time has become so much more precious. Take that hour out of your busy day. Spend as much of it as you can with loved ones. Hold them that little bit tighter 🖤
